LadyMerchant.com return policy: - To insure any credit, all items returned, must be in original unused condition, not have been worn, used or altered in any way, and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories. Original condition, "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; tags and protective stickers have not been removed; there are no signs of wear on the product; and the product must not have been altered in any way. Please note that dings and scratches will happen even if a product has only been worn for a few hours. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

and you will be assigned an RMA Number. Once an RMA number has been issued we must receive the item within 7 days in order to issue a credit.
- All items must be returned in their original box with papers and accompanied by the receipt.
- Your account will be credited for the price of your purchase minus shipping and handling charges. Refunds are processed upon receipt of return and refund is processed in the same manner as payment was made. Also please note that you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- When returning a item, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the item to us insured via a reputable shipping company (FedEx, UPS, USPS ). LadyMerchant.com is NOT responsible for packages lost in transit, and therefore, require packages to be sent insured, so if a package is lost, your investment is protected.
